Mai, a 24-year-old graphic designer, saw this as the perfect opportunity to fulfill his mother’s long-held dream. They meticulously prepared their luggage, clothing, medications, motorcycle repair tools, and safety gear, along with a budget of 60 million VND. With everything in place, they embarked on their journey in August 2022.

Exploring the Stunning Landscapes of Laos
Starting from their hometown in Gia Lai province, Mai and his mother rode their motorcycles to the Bo Y border crossing in Kon Tum province. From there, they embarked on a 24-day journey across Laos, immersing themselves in the beauty of the country.

During their travels, they visited remarkable sites such as Wat Phousalao, offering panoramic views of Pakse city and the Mekong River. They also marveled at the majestic Khone Phapheng waterfall and captured the beauty of the ancient Chum mysterious field.

Following the coastal route of Central Vietnam, Mai and his mother reached Gia Lai province and crossed the Le Thanh border to enter Cambodia. From there, they embarked on a 14-day adventure, exploring the wonders of this captivating country.
